Stackville Join the Discord

The Stackville City Charter

The money is fake. The rules are real.

By joining this Discord or the city, you agree to everything here. Not knowing a rule isn't an excuse. Staff can act on anything that wrecks the city for others even if it isn't written down, and these rules can change at any time.

Simply put: respect each other, and have a reason for what you do. "It's my character" is not a reason.

Community (Discord and the city)

1. Be decent. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, slurs, threats or targeting, anywhere. If staff tell you to steer clear of someone, do it. Discrimination of any kind is a permanent ban.

2. 18+ only. The city and this Discord are for adults.

3. Keep it clean. No sexual, gory or shock content, and no sexual RP. Rape RP, harassment RP and hate RP are a permanent ban. Anything sexualising minors is a permanent ban and a report to Discord.

4. In-game money is worthless. Legally. No buying, selling or trading in-game money, items, cars or accounts for real money or anything outside the city. It breaks Cfx.re's terms too. Permanent ban.

5. No cheats. Mod menus, macros, duping, exploits or abusing bugs. Found a bug? Report it, don't farm it. Duping is permanent.

6. No spam, ads or DM hustles. No self-promo or invite links without staff OK, and no cold DMs to members.

7. Privacy. No doxxing and no sharing anyone's info, photos or DMs. Staff never DM you first and never ask for passwords or payment details.

8. Staff. Follow staff instructions. Disagree? Open a ticket. Don't argue in public, don't DM staff about tickets, and never pretend to be staff.

9. English in public channels, so moderation stays fair.

10. One account. Dodging a ban on another account bans every account involved.

11. Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply on top of all this.

Roleplay

Stay in character. Out-of-character talk in the city is for real emergencies only. A working mic is required.

Real names. Realistic character names. No "Handsome Squidward."

Value your life. Gun in your face? Comply. No drawing, running or fighting back while held at gunpoint.

Interact first. On foot, give at least 30 seconds of real interaction before robbing or shooting. A clear threat (weapon out, demands made) counts. Texts and socials can start beef but are not the interaction.

No RDM or VDM. Killing needs a reason built in RP. Running people over on purpose is not RP.

No 1v1s for fun. Every fight needs a story.

No metagaming. Only use what your character learned in the city. Streams, Discord and clips don't count. Stream sniping is a ban.

New life rule. Respawned after going flat? Your character forgets the 15 minutes before. No going back to that scene and no revenge.

Dead means quiet. Fully down: no talking, radio or /me. On your side: you can't give out info.

No combat logging. Quitting, F8 or "crashing" out of a scene is a ban. Someone broke a rule on you? Finish the scene, then report it.

Don't rulesplain. Finish the scene in character, then clip it and open a ticket.

No calling for help mid-scene. 911 after it ends.

/me is for actions, not for forcing outcomes.

Your characters are strangers. No passing money, items or info between your own characters.

Mods. Visual packs like NVE are fine. No-props, always-night or always-day skies, kill effects, infinite stamina or anything that gives an edge are banned until removed.

AFK somewhere safe. Anything lost while AFK in public isn't refunded.

Crime

Kill or rob, not both. Put someone flat on their back and you can't rob them. Left on their side to keep the RP going? Fair game.

Pockets only. Take what they carry. No forced bank transfers, car sales or emptying their house.

Can't be robbed: phones, pets, anything from the Stackville store, and PD or EMS gear.

Civilians aren't loot boxes. Robbing the same people over and over gets you looked at.

Hostages must see the weapon and must comply. Never kill a compliant hostage. No trading lives for cash or items. On-duty EMS can't be taken. No cop-baiting to get one.

8 per side. Scenes cap at 8 a side, lookouts and outside shooters included. Licks, turf and airdrops have their own limits. If a cop goes down, all police can respond.

Drive-bys need an interaction first.

Leave PD and EMS cars alone. Stealing them is a ban. Drift and drag builds stay out of pursuits and crime.

Bodies stay put. No dumping them where PD or EMS can't reach, and no crude emotes on the dead.

Scams are fine for guns, drugs and the like. Never for cars, houses or store items.

Disguises: clothes, hair colour and masks are fine. Changing your face to dodge a warrant isn't.

No impersonating PD, EMS or staff, uniforms included.

Houses are not safe zones, but you need a real RP reason to go in.

Businesses: no shooting inside. Start it and take it outside. No camping the doors.

Cuffed: proximity voice only, no radio. No emote-glitching out of cuffs.

Green zones: Pillbox Medical, PDM, the Recycler, Paintball and The Stack Exchange. Green walls show the edge. No crime, no camping, and no running into one (or into a house) to dodge a scene.

Gangs

Getting one: open a Gang ticket. Staff set it up in the city and in the Discord. Names, tags and flag colours in #taken-gangs in the Discord are taken. Free gangs aim for 5 to 10 members.

Wear your flag. Gang business (pressing, taxing, licks, turf) is done flagged. No flag, no gang beef.

Civilians fear gangs. Civilians don't press, tax or rob gang members and can't start beef with a gang. Once beef is settled, civilians don't restart it.

Taxing at hot spots. At drug fields, labs and benches, a gang can stop a civilian with real RP (at least 15 seconds). The civilian picks: pay half of what they made there, fight, or run. Fighting or running falls under the normal robbing rules.

Cooldowns. After gang vs gang, 30 minutes before the same gangs go again. After a hot spot scene, both sides stay off that spot for 30 minutes unless the winners say otherwise. A civilian who comes back to the same spot within the hour can be pressed again.

Benches. Only the bench owner can have a weapon out at a bench.

Gang hopping. Leaving a gang starts a 5-day cooldown (the game enforces it). A disbanded gang's name is locked for a week.

Strikes land in your gang's #strikes channel. Three active strikes means a staff review, and that can end in a disband.

Licks (zones)

  • No teaming with other gangs.
  • Zones follow the city's gun rules. Example: on Semi Saturday, semi-auto pistols only.
  • You can rob and flat-back in a zone. Kill or rob does not apply here.
  • You can rob consumables: ammo, meds and anything else that gets used up. No cuffs, zipties or guns.
  • On your side (not flat-backed)? No comms and no distracting anyone else in the zone.

Airdrops

  • Once it starts, anyone in the red circle is fair game.
  • No teaming between crews.
  • Die and you're out. Don't come back.
  • No EMS calls to airdrops.
  • No shooting from vehicles, and no flying into the zone.
  • Circling the edge in a car? You get 1 minute, then you're a target.

Reports and enforcement

Report it with a clip. Open a Support ticket in #open-a-ticket in the Discord with at least 2 minutes of footage, full audio and IDs showing. Don't trim it, and send it within 24 hours. Medal, NVIDIA, SteelSeries, Outplayed and OBS all work.

Clips you post in #clips in the Discord may be shared on our socials.

How we enforce: warning, timeout, kick, temp ban, permanent ban. Hate, threats, doxxing, cheats, duping, real-money trading and scamming can skip straight to permanent.

Appeals: open a Ban Appeal ticket with your evidence. Store purchases never buy you out of a rule.

Staff have the final say on what counts as good RP.
